The homes in the Plastic Bottle Village are constructed, or as they like to say “re-constructed” out of recycled plastic bottles. The project will be built in three phases, stretching across 83 acres of hilltop partial ocean view lots, and secluded jungle lots. Phase one has begun Aug. 2015, with the construction of the community’s first, single story two bd. home, using 10,000 PET bottles. A second home in the project was built early 2016, using 22,000 PET bottles. A 40,000 PET bottles Castle was erected from July 2016 to July 2017.
The community offers three model homes, designed by the team as well as top architecture firms throughout Panama. Custom designed homes are also accepted.
The homes at The Village are equipped with septic tank system, piped water catchment gutters.
The Village has begun phase one, and has thirty-six natural lots available.
